.hgignore: Remove unneeded ignores
This patch removes several entries from .hgignore. I believe they're
obsolete, files which are generated in the build/ directory with
Meson, or ones that don't really need to be ignored anyway.
"pidgin-*" in particular was keeping a mess of old documentation
files around from autotools.
