Round 1.
This is the first round of prefs I intend to kill. The prefs are still there
just commented out from gtkprefs.c to give everyone an idea of which ones
I plan on getting rid of and to give them a chance to start playing with new
organizations of the dialog.
Things that are significant changes, like the "Fonts" page don't even work.
