Guard this X stuff so it's only compiled if GDK_WINDOWING_X11 is defined.
I think this might be necessary for non-X11 non-win32 builds.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the source tree. The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
