Fix some random issues in the blist that were missed initially.
Remove the cell renderer expanders columns from the tree store which were missed
and caused a bunch of GWarnings at runtime.
Remove a get on /blist/visible preference that was remove not so long ago.
Testing Done:
Ran and verified the warnings were gone.
