On August 30th Laurent Rineau sent a patch to gaim-devel that makes
this change. It should allow proxy.c to compile on systems
where HAVE_GETADDRINFO is undefined.
I haven't tested it, but it looked ok to me. I don't think
"hostname" is a valid variable there.
