Disconnect the plugin state signals before we tell the core to shutdown
This avoids some issues where we were trying to save the state of plugins as
they were being unloaded as part of the shutdown process.
Testing Done:
Ran with `G_DEBUG=fatal-warnings` in gdb and exited cleanly!!
