- This change is needed to make external plugins compile. It's either this or go
through every source file and change every reference to account.h, request.h,
etc. to libpurple/account.h, libpurple/request.h, etc. The same goes for the
change in pidgin-3.pc. I know this might not be a popular change, but I want my
plugins to compile.

- We haven't used this pref in a while. We stopped adding it in
revision 1e0347d48af7ad0cec658e5282152dd3247d7ebc. We also need
to stop trying to rename it, and we should remove it if it
exists.
For 3.0.0 we should go through the prefs that we're migrating and
removing and stop migrating/removing them if we've been doing it
since before 2.0.0.
