  this almost kinda sorta works. It's the wonderful connecting dialog
  that shows you how far along you are in connecting. This also gets rid of
  the ever-present signon dialog.
  
  Oh, and I ended up digging through header hell and changing a lot. Hopefully
  I didn't break anything too badly.

  Accounts are no longer automatically added or removed from the list when
  creating or destroying them. They must now be added/removed with
  gaim_accounts_add() and gaim_accounts_removed(). Also fixed a bug where
  garbage would appear on the screenname.

  Removed the signon/signoff callbacks when the account editor is closed.
