- Set volume on audio test pipeline at startup
If you change the volume slider in prefs, then the Test Audio button does not respect that initially. If you move the slider around with the test playing, then the volume jumps to whatever you have. But stopping and starting the test again goes to full volume.
Testing Done:
Opened prefs, set to test source, made volume really low, and hit Test Audio. Output volume was low immediately.

- Remove the stack from the proxy prefs
This will make some future work look simpler. It also moves the message for
GNOME systems to the preference group description, instead of inside the group.
Testing Done:
Opened preferences, forced GNOME/non-GNOME mode to see alternate views.

- Use the new TalkatuAutoScroller adjustment on the converation history.
The auto scroll is working, but the keybindings for page up and page down are
not working for reasons I haven't tracked down yet.
Testing Done:
Sent messages to the echo user in the demo protocol plugin and verified that the history scrolled to the bottom.

- Remove redundant gtk_widget_show
These widgets were just created, or never hidden. I did leave the show on the video widgets, as I don't know where they eventually originate.

- Remove the focus signal from the conversation pane.
I _think_ this was trying to make any focus goto the editor, but boxes don't
support this signal anymore and we have some more shuffling to do here so it's
not really worth the time to fix it at the moment.
Testing Done:
Ran and verified the `GWarning` was gone.

- Add a scrolled window around the notification list
Otherwise, the window is locked to however many notifications tall you have.
Testing Done:
Enabled my account with ~20 add requests, window was not stuck to 1.5 screens tall.
