- Oh! When setting a buddy icon, when we reduce the dimension in order to
make the icon smaller than the max file size, make sure we respect the
minimum dimensions specified by the prpl. I guess I removed this when
I made this code awesome. Probably not a huge problem, though--it's the
difference between trying to set an icon that is "too small" or just
bailing out immediately and telling the user to pick a different image.

- Fix a possible use-after-free.
If the user initiated a file transfer while a display pic transfer was in
progress, and that transfer finished before the user selected a file, then
the MsnSlpLink to that user could be used after it's freed. Also, if there
were a conversation open to that user, then the slplink would not be
freed, so the FT must be started from the buddy list.
Fixes #6453.

- Just because a user went offline, doesn't mean we should close the slplink
with them. Newer MSN allows holding a conversation while offline.
