Another ft patch from Dave West. This one makes transfers appear in the
ft dialog earlier. I'm a bit concerned that transfers might not be
removed correctly when canceled early on. Or that they won't show up
with the right status between the time they're initiated and the time
the file actually begins being transferred.

patch... this removes the old defaulting mechanism which only jabber used
and accomplishes the same thing through the new defaulting mechanism. It
also changes the "Group" to "Room" for oscar chats to avoid having two
fields labelled "Group".

Make the spacing on the "I'm Back!" button not suck. Thanks to
Kevin for pointing this out. I caused this in my changes to the
conversation buttons on Saturday, I think it was. Maybe yesterday.

A patch from Stu Tomlinson that lets plugins use Gaim's
gaim_gtkconv_button_new() function to create buttons without tooltips
and/or callbacks.
I like how Stu uses
if (tooltip != NULL)
instead of
if (!tooltip)
I started doing that after I saw Chip do it/I did a lot of Java
programming. I like it because I feel like it's more clear and
makes the code more readable.

"Can someone test this patch, diff'ed with 0.81 (anoncvs is
down, as usual).

This keeps the double .system 0 length files from being
created everytime you list the system log, which for some
reason aren't closed (although reading from the code, they
should be). Anyhow, since they are not created anymore, they
won't waste any fd's.
Another change that I've made, previously gaim is logging
chats to
logs/<prpl>/<my sn>.chat/<chatroom name>/<date-time>, now
it's logging to logs/<prpl>/<my sn>/<chatroom
name>.chat>/<date-time>. I think this makes more sense.
