Refactored gntplugin to use the initial GObject plugin API. soc.2013.gobjectification.plugins

• Refactored gntplugin to use the initial GObject plugin API.
  For now, I have disabled the 'Install plugin' button that allowed installing plugins from paths outside the search paths.

Removed referencing of plugin from PurplePluginAction, since it is a part of the plugin. soc.2013.gobjectification.plugins

• Renamed purple_plugins_get_all() to purple_plugins_find_all() since the list is generated.
  Also added purple_plugins_free_found_list() to free this list when done with it.
