• Replace a notification that should never happen with a debug message that
  should never happen. This seems more appropriate and frees the translators
  from translating another string.

  If you set a custom accelerator, then toggle this tickybox on and off again,
  it'll be reset to ^W not your custom one. Do we care?

  of us agree that "username" is a better term.
  
  Also changing the accelerator key for "Username" in the add account
  dialog from 'n' to 'u', which I think makes more sense.
