From what little I could see, it appears that for Yahoo Japan there is only
one valid roomlist URL and locale, so make it work instead of forcing users
to edit their accounts.xml to change the setting from the default. This
should fix #1369 without breaking anything. It also has the side effect of
(in my opinion) cleaning the code up a bit.

Show the grouped items initially. This fixes the issues with the size of the entry box in the conversation windows.

Destroy the icon box only when there's one. This gets rid of a runtime warning for statusboxes without a buddy-icon selector (e.g., for an IRC account).

Implement prpl_info->normalize for msimprpl, modified patch from Jaywalker.
This makes buddy names treated the same regardless of case and spacing. It
also allows user IDs to be normalized into usernames, _if_ the user is on
the buddy list (making it work in the general case is #4631).

This allows you to IM 6221 and have a conversion with 'tom' instead of his
number. Closes #2802.
