• There were some concerns about possible API breakage from removing
  _PurplePrivacyType. This change hopefully doesn't break anything.

Simplify a block here and kill one of those uber-lines that annoy grim.

  after the "enum typedef"--it should only be at the end. Maybe it's not
  compatible with C++ or something?
  
  Also move the #include account.h below the typedef because account.h
  needs this enum
