- Keep track of the user ID in the MsimUser struct so that we have a copy
even for people who aren't in our buddy list. This fixes the "View web
profile" link when getting info for people not in our buddy list.

on your buddy list.
This breaks two things:
* No more "View web profile" link when viewing info for people not
in your buddy list.
* No song or band info when viewing info for people not in your buddy
list
But I think it's for the best. We could always implement those features
slightly differently and add the functionality back.

- String changes (a few of which I had already made, grumble grumble).
I tried to re-use strings that exist in other protocols as much as
possible. When calling purple_connection_update_progress() the strings
should not have ellipsis. When calling purple_connection_error_reason()
due to a keep alive timeout, do not include the number of seconds,
because there shouldn't be a reason for users to care

- Use ref-counting to prevent a crash if request-auth callbacks are called
immediately/synchronously. Thanks a lot to Florian Quèze for the initial

- Advertise the same typing capability on OSCAR that ICQ 6 does, since we claim
to be ICQ 6. This should fix typing notifications in some third-party clients
and make us act a bit more like ICQ 6. Fixes #6300.
