  " Expansion from my original protocol prefs to plugin prefs.

  the tarball already has them structured correctly and

  At least, it isn't any worse than what we had before and it is more
  predictable. As to whether there's a bug ... your guess is as good as
  mine.

  Make receiving an oscar message from ICQ Lite Beta 4.0 to a Gaim AIM
  account parse HTML rather than display it as-is. Also fiddled around
  with some comments.
