Adobe Systems Inc. has reached a settlement agreement with attornies representing
the Gaim project on all litigation. Both sides would like to keep the details of
the settlement undisclosed.
Macromedia Inc. reached a similar settlement with Adobe when they were sued for
infringing on the same patent.
