Remove Purple.ProtocolServer
Nothing implemented any of this and the interface needs to be reworked. I had
to disable the XMPP console plugin as well, but that's fine as we don't have a
usable XMPP plugin at the moment.
Testing Done:
Ran in a devenv and called in the turtles.
