Necessary properties have been moved to boolean properties as bitflags aren't
really used outside of native programs.

- Add a persistent property to Purple.Notification
Also modernized the rest of the file and added a
Purple.Notification.set_create_time_stamp_now.
Testing Done:
Ran the tests under valgrind and called in the turtles for the rest.

- Add a logging property to Purple.Conversation
This property is used to determine whether or not we are logging messages.
It's setup in a way to mimic the way log toggling works in Google Chat so that
can be replicated, but our users may want to ignore that in the future.
Testing Done:
Ran the conversation tests under valgrind and let the turtles handle the rest.

- Fix some issues with Purple.Message in the Demo protocol plugin
This was missed with the author to author_name change and wasn't yet managing
the contact info for the connected account.
Testing Done:
Send some message on a demo account and called in the turtles for good measure.
