Removed the TCP and TLS TURN relaying options since libnice currently only supports these in Google mode. Added a note about this in fs-backend.c and changed the prefs label to read "UDP Port"

  This warns that it will fail miserably with digestmd5 legacy auth.
  Also, document that crammd5 code and remove a check for js->stream_id
  since crammd5 doesn't use it (no salt!)

  There wasn't anything wrong with this as far as I can tell, but since we know
  specifically where what we're looking for is, this is probably better.
  
  Also, plug a small leak and try to find our enchant dll instead of any other
  one that is in the PATH.
