Fix a bug with multi-field selections in Pidgin's implementation of
the request API where, if a field had multiple selected values then
only the first one would show up as selected.

For XMPP multi-selection lists in generic data forms, the intent here
was to use the option value as the label in the event that the label
wasn't specified, but the wrong variable was being set. This probably
happens only very rarely, because the label is pretty much always set.

In fact, it wouldn't suprise me if this has never happened.

Some changes from Matthew Goldstein and I to not automatically remove
empty groups from the oscar server-stored buddy list. There's this
thing called AIM WIMZI that relies on having a certain group in your
buddy list so that it can add buddies to it automatically, and it
wasn't working if you used Pidgin because the group didn't exist.

Also try to fix allowing buddies to be in multiple groups.

When a new user starts Pidgin we hide the buddy list so that they only
see the account window to make it easier for them to create an account.
But then once they create an account the buddy list stays minimized,
which makes people think nothing is happening.

This changes makes it so we unhide the buddy list when gtkaccount.c
creates the first account.
