Bumped up the plugin API version number, and added version numbers for
loader plugins and protocol plugins. Authors will want to update their
plugins, and possibly use GAIM_PLUGIN_API_VERSION, GAIM_PRPL_API_VERSION,
and GAIM_LOADER_API_VERSION constants.

The window icon for conversation windows is no longer 15x15. This prevents
the icon from being scaled up and appearing ugly in window lists, alt-tab
dialogs, etc.

Sean has added 2 newlines in src/protocols/novell/novell.c.
Unfortunately this breaks the string freeze. If Sean's patch will not
be reverted, please commit my German translation update (file
i18n55.patch). If Sean's patch will be reverted, please do nothing.

This removes a warning compile-time, and adds a function that plugins can
call to change the conversation zoom factor. Credit for this and previous
works go to Tim Ringenbach, Kevin Stange, and Daniel Atallah, who have all
done a really nice job this release and the past on the gtkimhtml code.
