- Update the about box to point people to discourse instead of the mailing list.
I also did a drive-by in the README that was telling people to create issues
at developer.pidgin.im.

- Add a settings property to PurpleCredentialProvider that is a GSettings object

Ran the unit tests. However I didn't add this to the tests because adding a dummy settings object is more trouble than it's worth.

- Remove the icon from PurpleIMConversation
The intent is to move this functionality to PurpleConversation once PurpleAvatar
has laned, so this just moves the exist code out of the way.
Testing Done:
Ran the tests and ran with demo and xmmp accounts. Avatars are busted in the info pane at the moment.
